Gus Yalden in the portal from Wisconsin. Was a fairly highly rated big if I recall, seemed to take a redshirt year at Wisc as he didn't play at all, but now leaving.

Excellent get for Maryland
Seems like the Almighty could have spent less time on this recruitment and more on the harbor

Probably awkward to have Dainja and Payne on the same roster but that guy is a load.

Eh, I'd like to see Dain back but a lead guard/wing is definitely a higher priority.
But the Sincere Parker's and Dante Maddox's of the world are not the kind of impact player DD is.

Storr or Boswell would be (arguably), but not the kinds of guys currently on the market.

I've said it from the moment he burst on the scene last year: build this ship around Dain Dainja. We are in the Sweet Sixteen because BU figured that out just in time.

He probably can't play 30+ minutes a game against all matchups the way Kofi did (though DD and Fletch should try), but getting the most out of him should be the game planning focal point.

I'm going to ask again. Is Jake Davis a lock? If so, I hope there are barbers in C-U.

Any insiders know where we stand with Dante Maddox? Kid is a bucket with some passing ability, 40%+ 3PT shooter with NBA range and a strong build.

It was very obvious that when Hawkins had to guard physical 5’s, he was overmatched. Other than Darin, we have no one strong enough to guard Clifford Omoruyi types. Let’s get Cliff?

Also, I don’t know where Amani or Morez fit, 5’s? Seems like we need a 4 that can shoot like Quincy, I don’t see that in those two young guys.
