Not defensively
This is the kind of post that makes me crazy. How do you know that? Have you made a long-term, detailed analysis of Storr's defense over at least 12-15 games? I agree Shannon is a superb defender but not because it's trendy to say so; I've singled him out on defense over many, many games.

B-ILL

Working From Home
Bring me Kylan Boswell
Predicted starting lineup next year (assuming no Domask or Hawkins):

Boswell
Storr
Rodgers
Hansberry
Dainja

Bench:
Goode
Harris
Morez
Jakstys
Butler
DGL
(Probably need another big man and 2-guard transfer for depth)

My early transfer portal leads
1.AJ Storr, Illinois kid we need TSJ replacement.
2. Sincere Parker, would start. All around skills, need shooting, scoring, ball handling
3. Xavier Amos. 6th man. Can shoot the 3, ball handle. 6-7. Small ball PF
4. Brandon Garrison, would replace Guerrier. Could combine with Dain for high/low. Solid inside and midrange. Small ball center. If Boyton joins staff.

Starting 5...Storr, Parker, Ty, Dain. Garrison.
Bench. Amos, Gibbs. Sincere Goode, Rez, Hansbury

If minutes are tight, possibly no Xavier Amos and move Goode to 6th man. Amos gives you the stretch 3/4 with drive and shoot.

Feels REALLY premature to guess next season's lineup. That does lead to a question, @Indy Illini Fan @illini0440 @DB11Headband @LvilleILL etc.: has one of our rumored transfer targets' teams lost their Sweet 16 game yet?

As of today’s portal guys, the following would keep us rolling next year:
Omoruyi
Maddox
Storr
Belemont Cade kid ( Domask #2 with better shot)

The Northern Illinois kid looks good also. I think we will be at the top of the list for many great transfers.

Omoruyi can be the beast our other young guys aren’t ready to be. I also don’t see Morez or Amani being the stretch 4 Quincy is.

I look forward to watching DGL continue to grow, however, if Sincere shot hasn’t improved dramatically, there may not be a spot for him.

I'm a little skeptical. A skinny 6'4" with a mostly interior skillset. I see a poor man's Marcus Domask.

But on the flipside this was the highest scorer in the nation in Juco last year and scored the 14th most points in the country this year. A certified bucket getter no doubt, albeit not a terribly efficient or physically explosive one. He definitely has some Domask booty ball game to him.

What does a guy like this look like as a more complementary player? I assume he'd probably have to be? Not sure.
A poor man’s MD !!! Your funny! During which time in the video of this young man did you ever see him take 15 to 20 seconds to get to the rim???
