Maddox also recently followed a Louisville football player, FWIW, which seems relevant given the Louisville rumor.

A non-Illinois one that’s interesting… Danny Wolf and Vlad Goldin just followed each other. Would they really team up at Michigan? Seems like an odd fit.

As long as we're comparing stats, I'd at least look at efficiency...
Maddox put up those numbers in 33min/game while taking about 13.3 shots, or 1.17 points per shot
Hill put up those numbers in 36min while taking about 19.9 shots, or 1.03pps
Maddox also got more steals (2.4 per 100 possessions vs 1.6)

All of these could of course be influenced by team style, quality/type of teammates, and what was asked of them.

I'm not jumping to any conclusion, WE need to jump to the conclusion that this needs to be locked down.

And you were the one who said Maddox is ours if we want him, and you are the one here every day with a new dream portal combination for everyone to salivate over, so forgive us for thinking strategically about the information being presented.

The only reason Louisville people are saying this is because Kelsey was in to visit him last night ...

They are not the leader ...

They do have a lot to offer in terms of PT and NIL though ... That is true ...

If we don't think of this guy as a priority, someone else will. The offer list tells the tale, as is always the case.

I guess it depends on his post-college plans. Yale's got a lot of legal, business, banking, etc. connections that would so rapidly overshadow Michigan's NIL that it's kind of laughable to even consider.

Curious why most seem to prefer Maddox over Hill. Obviously stats aren't everything, but:

Maddox: 15.6 / 4.3 / 2.8 / 43.8%
Hill: 20.5 / 5.0 / 2.6 / 44.3%

Look at shot attempts. Maddox averaged 11.4 per game, Hill averaged 17.2.
