I will root for him as long as his team doesn’t beat us.well said. I will root for him as long as he is not playing us.
Who?He was in my econ 101 class.
Can’t you just send the NIL to his parents?I wouldn’t worry about that. Purdue found a way with Edey.
Didn't have that phrase on my bingo card...lol...we're chock-a-block with Eeyores. a lot of the same folks who claimed this past season's squad was destined to be mediocre are doin' it again. it's April, people
I believe Holcomb just retired as a Kinesiology Professor at Eastern Kentucky University.
True but we could have already filled our roster out very well with the players that have been available. Most of your top players dont enter the portal until later, they're doing it just as they should

Dont let very well get in the way of greatTrue but we could have already filled our roster out very well with the players that have been available.
Former Illini football great Robert HolcombeWho?
Ok we need insiders to post more frequently because the board has lost its mind.
Didn't have that phrase on my bingo card...lol...
Good onya...!
Used to see him walking on the Quad. Literally head and shoulders above everyone else.
So if we get RJ Back & he finishes with Illinois does he count.
asking for a friend
I suppose if Holcomb gets his waiver granted, Domask is a shoo in!
I 100% misread that the first go around. It was a great team. Derek Holcomb, Eddie Johnson, Mark Smith, Rob Judson, and Steve Lanter. Off the bench Neil Bresnahan and Levi Cobb. We were 16-0 after beating Magic/MSU Spartans on Thursday night and would have been #1 if we had not been upset by Ohio State on Saturday. Lou had brought Illini basketball back from the wilderness.

Wrong class. Richard Scanlon was the most popular Prof on campus for a couple of decades. Classical and Greek Mythology. I had one or two of his classes. (Required for School of Accountancy as I recall. /s). He used to dress up and predict the outcome of our fall football games. Immensely entertaining and full of energy.wasn’t Scanlon the Prof of that class ?
or am I all wrong ?
There already have been great players that have transferred. Didn't want to sound too greedy. I hope it works out for us and the juice is worth the squeeze. I will be thrilled if we get these top transfers we have been waiting for.Dont let very well get in the way of great
That’s a good read- it’s weird that 247 still hasn’t ranked him even though he’s been in the portal a long time nowpretty good article on Humrichous: https://www.noceilingsnba.com/p/ben-humrichous-size-shooting-and
#1 in the nation Thursday night thru Saturday afternoon!!!!!! Unofficially, of course. It was a great team. Derek Holcomb, Eddie Johnson, Mark Smith, Rob Judson, and Steve Lanter.
