Question for the insiders. I heard from a pretty good source that Domask NIL was very low last year. If he does get the waiver (although from the same source I have heard not a good chance it happens) do we plan to up his NIL pretty drastically? I would sure hope so.

It was posted by an 'insider' a couple of weeks ago that if Coleman and or Marcus return, a couple of big doners have offered to pony up their NIL so Illinois could recruit the portal without having to hold back NIL dollars for CH and/or MD.

I remember the insiders alluding to a hotel meeting with Storr in Minneapolis at the BTT, but still not sure if we should be concerned or not. Insiders - do these allegations have any legs/potential repercussions? Not saying every school doesnāt do this, they probably do. But Iām getting flashbacks to Bruce Pearl, though the two situations are very very different.
This is true, we did have a deal with Storr in February. Also likely won't be proven and back-channeling and tampering is happening everywhere. Wisconsin won't call it out because they're doing the same thing.

Really donāt understand Awaka entering the portal. Estrella is the only other big on the roster and itās not like Awaka was highly touted.

If it is with an NIL collective and Storrs people I donāt know how there can be any repercussions. Coaching staff or athletic department and Storr directly? Sure. Doesnāt seem to be the case tho.
His people negotiating and not him makes that allegation completely toothless.
