If you have actually been to Tipton, IN, I can tell you there’s not much to it.

I live 20 minutes from Tipton snd I had never heard of Humrichous until this month.

Also, the Tipton Pork Festival is worthwhile. Other than that ....

Fun fact, my buddy used to order cottege fries up at our local bowling alley, and one time we were up there and he ordered cottege cheese fries on accident, so they literally brought out cottege cheese and crinkle cut fries for him, and then it kind of became his thing that he got cottage cheese fries up there.

I think you need a pre and post private equity purchase disclaimer on Portillo's. I may be swan diving into old fogie status, but things just aren't the same as they used to be, and I don't mean they're getting better...
