He is an awesome defender. Top notch.

From what I've seen, his low post game is pretty rudimentary, he doesn't have great touch in the paint, he doesn't shoot, so he kind of clogs things up on offense. Teams will gladly allow him to play one on one in the post, and he won't make those shots often enough. Good lob threat, but that's really all.
weak side rebounding for a dribble penetration/shot/pass. pick, stand, catch, dunk, rebound, repeat as necessary.

Personally I'd take I-64 W to I-44, to 344 in OKC, then to I-40W. From there it's a long way until you get to 377 in Holbrook, AZ, then to 260, to 87, then finally once I hit Mesa I'd connect to the 202 Red Mountain W into Tempe.

Uhhh… This lineup is the best team in the country…with what we have off the bench…

That ain't happenin. Not money wise nor fit wise. Kalk and Holmes together would be if KY got both Oscar and Kofi about 3 years ago. Probably a little bit of downgrade but...yeah

Well, yes but we should probably stick to the slightly less crazy side of unrealistic. I mean I’m optimistic but there’s gotta be a line somewhere. (Not to mention way too many mouths to feed)

There were some baaaaaaaaaaaaaaad takes about Pat Kelsey the day he got hired

Every time you put a microphone in front of BU's face he's talking about maybe leaving scholarships open, any time you ask an insider they're talking about oversigning. Choose your own adventure.
The insiders were talking about how Brad now wanted to leave a spot open a week or so ago 🤨

I think the fact that his analysis is correct and that WOULD be the best team in the country by an absolute mile is pretty instructive about WHY it's extremely unrealistic that we will be stacking up any significant number of those players.

No team has the NIL riches to just straight up purchase an entire lineup of the absolute top players. Not Kentucky not UNC, not anybody. And certainly not Illinois. And those are the top players, certainly the top 10 in the portal, you could make the case they're 1, 2, 3, and 4.

Each of those players will maximize their money by going somewhere that hasn't already dedicated a huge chunk of its resources to one of the others. Simple economics. This no longer has the mechanics of high school recruiting where mega-classes had a way of clumping together, the incentives are the exact opposite.

Richmond is like a 6’6 Feliz that can also shoot.
He's not much of a shooter with ugly form, but I was going to compare him to a better passing but worse shooting Malcolm Hill. He's "Mr. Everything" the way Hill was.

I suppose this is correct, unless certain guys are willing to sacrifice a few dollars for a deep run in March. It occasionally happens in the pros...

It was a poor joke. As I recall posters were speculating Goode would be out two guard around this time last year, and now are speculating he’ll get minutes as a two guard at IU.

Instead of trying to be funny, I should have asked Indy for his thoughts on if us going after Holmes would impact how seriously we pursue Humrichous and if they could play together.
No I think it was a good joke, my ignorance doesn't make a joke worse
