OT, but if we are forced to have a lame modern jersey by Nike ... it's kind of crazy how much cleaner and better this navy number with an orange outline looks than our plain orange one with no outline whatsoever that gives off way too much of a Tennessee color scheme.

I would prefer a 6-10' 250 lb grad transfer who can rebound and play post defense when we play again bruisers. 8 ppg is fine, be nice if he can hit free throws. Jack Ingram, Damir Krupilija, George Montgomery, Scott Meents, Jarod Gee.....

Seems he got his degree in three years at the NAIA school he attended. He was working on a grad degree at Evansville. Coordinating those credits with a UI Grad Degree program may take a few days to iron out.
Aleksa Dimitrijevic is a 7 foot Serbian that will turn 18 on May 30, and has been on the Serbian U18 team. Bogoljub Markovic is 6'11", Pavel Misic is 6'10". Not an insider at all, just Google guessing based on BU being in Serbia.

But I figure we might at some point be told that 6'10" 210 lbs (thin!) forward (I've seen him listed as a wing some places) Kasean Pryor of South Florida has all along been our pick, and that he can play center. I guess that 7'0" center Carlton Linguard Jr. of UTSA might still be available via the transfer portal? I suppose it's possible that Illinois just doesn't want a big rim protector. That the staff is happy to go with Booth, Johnson, and Humrichous as our big man rotation this season. I'm going to have to trust Underwood again.
