Maybe it's a little bit me, a little bit you, but I'm tired of being a daydream believer that Davey Jones will be an Illini. As we go along, I wanna be free of fearing we are goin' down without him. I think we were just a steppin' stone to the last train to Clarksville. Lookout, maybe sometime in the morning DaRon Holmes will be writing wrongs and sign with the beloved. Illini Nation is saying You may just be the one. Lookout Brad doubters, listen to the band and don't be a bunch of Monkees!

Before it's said, yes, I know we're supposed to be adding one, but at this point in the game, hard to understand and see how he wouldn't be our starter...

Hate that I forgot, but I am definitely okay with Rez playing minutes at the 5 and at this point, a lot of them!

This guy did have a major role on a team that won a National Title... There was a lot of hero ball going on here in his lone season as an Illini. He wasn't the only guy hunting shots.
For the sake of this exercise, you might even argue that the fact that he had already won big, could have contributed to his lack of focus in some of our games. Maybe he wasn't as hungry as he needed to be.

He's gonna be on the NBA early entrant list ... It was a mistake not having him on there ...

But everything I have gathered ... Teams have him as a 2nd round guy ...

I am hearing he could also enter portal ... Get more money than going 2nd round ...

NBA made an error on Caleb Love, Sallis, and Walter Clayton ... All 3 are going through the process ... Love back to AZ if not NBA ... Portal likely for Sallis and Clayton but not 100% ...
