Illini nation should be thrilled with CH getting the start and/or the additional minutes that will accompany the start.
BU and staff want the next man up to be the be one that earned the spot.
Simply put, it means at the start of his sophomore season, CH has indeed made a huge jump. He came in with an added 25 lbs, can handle the rock, shoot the three, and at 6’11” he is a nightmare matchup for other teams. His length and athleticism will somewhat offset the lack of strength needed to defend the post.
For CH to have made that jump and handle prime time minutes at multiple positions makes the beloved even deeper.
I love this team more and more every day.

I've got a friend who is in Iowa City this week for training. He's a huge Illini fan and scored tickets right behind Iowa's bench next to Frans wife. It should be entertaining with him in his Illini gear. He's really mouthy and loves to heckle Iowa fans. I may have to tune and see if I can get a glimpse of him.
