The Illini haven't released their schedule yet, but they will be playing in the Hyatt Place Invitational hosted by Western Kentucky Sept 13-14. The other 2 teams invited are Dayton and Marquette. Illinois plays WKU at 3 pm Sep 14, but the other match times haven't been announced yet.

I wonder if our nonconference schedule this year will reflect the new reality of a lower Athletic Department budget due to the proposed $2.8 billion NCAA/House settlement? Bus trips to nearby venues instead of plane trips to faraway places from now on?

I plan on going. My daughter goes to school there and it's less than 2 hours away.
WKU is a great volleyball team. I went to several of their matches last year and plan to this year too. I'll be rooting for them, except when they play the Illini.
