My proposal to solve flopping is to just implement Gaelic football's approach to injuries. Basically you just ignore the injured player and keep going as if nothing happened. If a player actually needs medical attention or a stretcher, you just play around it until there's a valid stop in play...
I'd love to move WBB, but these days I'm not sure how feasible/likely it is for them to play on the same surface. Ideal volleyball hardwood is bouncier and more forgiving on the joints than basketball hardwood.

If you're going to arbitrarily increase/decrease stats as you see fit, than you need to bump up Andre's assists numbers a ton. His passing skills and ability to see the floor, break down defenses extends way beyond his assist numbers. Many of his best passes/reads are of the hockey assist variety.
