I believe Rusk is the #1 pass catching tight end and Arkin is the #1 blocking tight end. Boyer should play a lot.

Too bad, he's from a great family and a Bloomingtonian to boot. Rusk was going to get the lion's share of catches at tight end, makes sense to transfer for one last opportunity to shine.
