I don't think shot selection is the issue today. It is just shooting in general. Ayo opens things up for everyone and we are missing him. Honestly.... this has gone much better than I expected without Ayo..... just my opinion

Illinois was down 42-43 and had two chances to take the lead. We have scored 3 baskets since then shooting 3-15 with 7 turnovers. We have made 6 FGs in the 2nd half

Where is Kipper, why has he been on the bench all day long? Tevian is 1-7 shooting and couldn't play defense is a phone booth. Wow.

Our defense is ridiculously bad. But our offense is even worse.

You have to try and keep in perspective what we're putting out there. Losing your top scorer, top assist man, size on the perimeter, depth in the backcourt, team leader, emotional leader.....that a lot to overcome. Trying to play TJ and TU to piece together minutes is tough to overcome vs a team that's 16-0 at home. They're good and we're shorthanded. No shame in that.
