So, question for the guys or girls that are more learned in scouting than I, but how well does Williams grade out as a QB? I'm assuming his size is the main reason he's being labeled as an athlete as opposed to a QB, but we are recruiting him as a QB, apparently. How does his arm, decision making, etc. look as a QB?
