Las Vegas Holiday Classic

After dismissing Northwestern St. tonight (in a game that was closer than it should have beenis this becoming trend?), Illinois is now 3-0 in the Las Vegas Holiday Classic with one game to go, the big one tomorrow against Cincinnati. Illini fans are in full-force in Vegas; those wishing to mingle with the orange should head to the sports bar at the Paris a few hours prior to tip-off.
Tournament Fun Facts: The Las Vegas Holiday Classic is a 5-team round-robin tournament featuring 3 experimental rules changes in effect: extended 3-point line (20'6"), extended foul line (1'6" extra on each side), and an arc drawn under the basket to assist in charge/blocking calls. There is no web site for the tournament and information on tickets is negligible. Only 2 out of the 4 games will be played in Vegas, at a high school gym (no kidding).
