Illini 6 Seed in BTT After Loss at Iowa

Illinois finished the regular season with an excruciating 60-53 loss at Iowa Saturday afternoon. As had been the case so many, many, times this season, the Illini had a late 2nd half lead only to showcase a remarkable inability to score in the clutch and allow the opposition to take the lead for good.

With the loss the Illini get the 6 seed in the Big Ten Tournament—hosted this year at Chicago's United Center. Illinois plays #11 Penn St. at 4pm Thursday, and then (if they take care of business) #3 Indiana on Friday.
