Illinois Loyalty site updates

Hello, made a couple of changes to Illinois Loyalty over the weekend.
New newsletter service - If you would like to receive email updates of the latest articles / featured threads on Illinois Loyalty, sign up here-

New albums with forum update - Photo albums are now included in the latest version of vbulletin, so I'm going to phase out the photopost gallery as the software was a bit of pain to work with. To upload your photos, go to your profile by clicking your link in the top-right of the Forums, and click "Add Album".
Merged the "Site Feedback" forum - Combined the "Site Feedback" forum into the Chat forum to save some space on the front page.
