Let us see if Illinois can improve upon a rush defense that game up 176 yards to Eastern, and protect the ball better on offense (7 turnovers in 2 games). This is the Illini's final tuneup before getting two weeks to prepare for Penn St.

- Juice Williams leads the Big Ten in total offense (379.5 yd/game) and passing yards per game (287.5). Arrelious Benn is 4th in all purpose yards per game (139).
