Comcast regrets the error

Mark Silverman, president of the Big Ten Network, said the switch was an "honest mistake" on the part of Comcast.
"We've spoken with Comcast today and we've instituted a more thorough policy to ensure that this doesn't happen again," Silverman said Monday in a telephone interview. "And it's something that we're, frankly, upset and embarrassed about."
