Illini volleyball win NCAA opener, host Cincinnati tonight at 7pm

Illinois turned up the wick defensively en route to a straight sets 25-8, 25-16, 25-20 victory over Milwaukee in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament at Huff Hall. The Illini (25-7) used a fast start and a 13-4 advantage in blocks to take the match and set up a second round showdown with Big East regular season champion Cincinnati Saturday at 7 pm.
