After 10 games a quick review/analysis

Some stats of interest for comparison:
East Wash (7 - 4) lost to Ill 66 - 50 and to Minny 88 - 67.
T A&M CC (5 - 5) lost to Ill 72 - 53 and to Okl St 82 - 59.
Tulsa (6 - 4) lost to Ill 48 - 44, to Okl by 25 and to Okl St by 18.
Vandy (7 - 3) lost to Ill 69 - 63 but lost to UIC by 19 pts.
Jackson St lost to Ill 78 - 64, lost to Ks in Lawrence by 24.
Kent St (3 - 5) lost to Ill 69 - 63, lost to Ks in Lawrence by 27.
Clemson beat us by 2, also beat Temple and UNC Ch in close games.
Georgia (6 - 3) lost to Ill 76 - 42, recently beat ACC Va Tech 67 - 66.
Hawaii (4 -3) lost to Ill 68 - 58, beat Iowa St in Ames 60 - 59.
Chi St (3 - 5) lost to Ill 89 - 50, beat CMU 84 - 74.
Our best win looks like an improving Georgia. We didn't beat any one of note early on at all acdg to these stats. but we appear to be improving our scoring a little as the games progressed and the "team" looked better over all on the court together.
The lack of quality wins (Clemson over Temple is best) by any of our opponents means we are still waiting to see what we can actually accomplish this year, I am thinking.
