Illini's priorities include resting Frazier, improving bench

Here's Weber's to-do list: Let senior guard Chester Frazier rest and recover from a nasty fall in the first half of the loss Sunday to Michigan State. While driving to the basket, Frazier collided with the defense and landed flat on his back. Hobbled by injuries during much of his career, Frazier started every game this season.

"It's on his [butt and hip], it's basically purple, black and blue, whatever color you want to talk about,'' Weber said. "He's got some swelling. He will be stiff [Tuesday]. We've got to get him loosened up. The positive thing by playing late Thursday, you give him an extra day to get loosened up and moving again.

"It was a bad fall. In person, it looked bad. It looked worse on tape.''
