After missing half of the 2008 season with a foot injury, Illinois offensive tackle Ryan Palmer is healthy this spring. And back in his starting spot on the right side.
"It's been a long process, me getting hurt in the third week of the season, getting rehab, coming out here, it's been a lot better," Palmer said. "It's a new transition with Coach (Joe) Gilbert, but it's going well."
Palmer earned the starting spot last season, but had to watch the middle six games from the sidelines.
