Tisdale: Reaching new heights

Tisdale figures he's probably done growing. But one of his closest teammates thinks he "grew up" when he made the game-winner against Clemson, a pump-fake drive that gave Illinois a 75-74 lead with 44 seconds remaining.

"When he made that move - that shot fake - I remember thinking, 'Everyone just saw him grow up.' If one move could summarize him growing into a man, that was it," says fellow junior Bill Cole, Tisdale's freshman-year roommate. "That's his shot, that corner jumper. But he passed it up and took it strong to the basket. Everyone thought he would shoot it. And then it was like, 'Wow.' "
