Weber says Jordan eases pressure on freshmen

Weber said one of Jordan's biggest assets right now is that he is taking pressure off the freshmen when it comes to handling the ball or defending top perimeter players.

"It eases the pressure on them," Weber said. "I think it's really helped. Last spring, before he made the decision (not to play), I thought he'd be a stabilizing influence. The kids like him. He's a good kid. He understands basketball and is intelligent. When you add it up, he's a positive force. Now I need him to take another step."
