Weber hears from assistants about starting Brandon Paul

Weber has been pestered in recent days by his assistant coaches about moving Paul into the lineup, but he resisted again Saturday night against Southern Illinois University-Carbondale for a variety of reasons.

For one, Weber likes the spark Paul brings off the bench. And as the backup to Demetri McCamey at point guard, he wants Paul to preserve his energy.
