Illinois prepares for Northwestern's modified Princeton offense

Illinois is making the transition from preparing for Wisconsin's swing offense to Northwestern's modified Princeton offense. It's a process. "If you came to practice (Tuesday), it's a debacle," Weber said. "They (the players) are just totally confused." The Illinois coach said the players are told to expect a few things from Northwestern, including "prolific" three-point shooting (only three Big Ten teams have attempted more threes) and backdoor cuts that sometimes result in layups ("You can't deny the pass," Weber said).
