Illini loss shouldn't have come down to final play

The game was decided early in the first half when Illinois played sluggishly and poorly. I didn't like the energy, the body language, the facial expressions - nothing. Illinois was incredibly sloppy with the basketball, turning it over on five of its first nine possessions. Illinois was slow to every rebound and late to defensive assignments.

Only Mike Tisdale played like he was dialed in.
