"I don't know right now," he said. "Obviously the NBA is in my future, hopefully. For right now, I'm focused on Illinois."
But it's hard for him not to feel he is being torn in two directions. He averaged only 2.1 points and 1.2 rebounds as a freshman but has flourished in his second season with 13.4 points and 8.1 rebounds per game.
"It has weighed on me a little bit at times this season," he said. "It's not easy when you hear everyone in my ear. Different people try to come at you from different angles, but the coaches have done a nice job of keeping me grounded, as well as people close to me (and) teammates."
