No dedication to rebounding. Embarrassing showing by Morgan and Finke on the boards, as a matter all are guilty. Who cares about transition defense if you shoot and miss if you don't rebound. One and done, eventually done in.

Just spitballin' here but I think we could really use a PG to run this offense....

To me, electing to not go after offensive rebounds at home is playing not to lose instead of playing to win. We literally have nothing to lose, so why not put all the chips on the table and push them forward? Groce always talk about being aggressive, but to me, not attacking the glass is just putting your tail between your legs.

I'm kind of sorry that I started streaming this. :(

But, considering how atrocious our shooting and rebounding has been we are lucky to not be down more.

If we can shoot decent and hold them even in rebounding in the second half we could win this one.

Side point: ND's game against Syracuse is the prime example of what a difference a great point guard can make for a team. No DJ for them tonight and they got flat out spanked...

Refs missed some over the backs which could have slowed OSU down on the O boards....no penalty for flying over the back so far.

Far less talented players can make more than 1 fg in the last 10 minutes of a half. Tate and Morgan have been in this system for the last 3 years. If they are this challenged now, that's a recruiting failure on Groce's part.

Maybe the Orange Crush needs put on the opposing teams jersey over Crush Jersey then set in student section and after the first basket take them off like they did at Minnesota. It was inspirational there, maybe could fool the team providing the inspiration needed to win. I am reaching for anything.:noidea:
