This feels like last game early lead, looking good and then nothing for the rest of the half.

Wisky is getting good looks at the basket in the last 5 minutes or so. I hope this isn't a sign of fatigue from our boys.

Wisconsin has looked better without Koenig and Happ haha. We are in trouble if we can't stick it to Wisconsin without two of their better players. I see we are getting back to jump shooting again when we are in the bonus.

Seems like Illinois' defensive pressure has dropped a bit, and they are in a scoring dry spell.

Hope that timeout stops that, since Wisconsin is starting to settle down.

Wisky inside game and defense is hurting Illini

This team has mental lapses on the defensive end with the basic concepts of man to man defense or rotations. Every player is guilty. They just don't maintain their composure on the defensive end. That is the most frustrating thing for me with this team. This had been a consistent issue all year.

The two are related, and IMO a sign of a mentally weak team. If you play poor defense when your shots aren't falling, you're going to lose a lot of games. Gotta maintain defensive intensity to be a decent team

Really Malcolm? terrible pass and then you know the clock is running down and you don't pressure? And we had fouls to give? You are better than that.

Why can't the Illini ever maintain their defensive intensity? They started the game flying around but once again ended the half passive. What gives?
