Whitman has his guy. Obviously pitched his plan a while back, likely part of the interview process. Sounds like he's got a vision - hopefully it is a good one that works out for Illinois. I want to trust Whitman, and he seems like a guy who knows what he's doing. Let's see how it plays out.
