Does JT's shooting form look better than usual on this shot?

I think it looks good. He caught it in motion while stepping into the basket, toes straight. Good follow-through and good arc.

I never thought JT had bad mechanics. Let's not forget that at least last season, he was one of the nation's top free-throw shooters. Though, I suppose that he's regressed there. This season and this season he's just about missed the same number of FT's... but in forty-five fewer attempts (84.3% to 64.0% for percentage).

As to whether or not it's different than his other attempts from the field this season, I'd have to review tape.

I would imagine his finger injury in the first game has hurt his ft% this year

I wonder if it still bugs him. I'll not forget that injury for a while. You could hear the poor guy screaming over the radio.
