Sounds like it might be time to start getting a little worried. ILLOB posted to this effect the other night and for whatever reason the post was removed.

I personally think ILLOB and Landon02 are one in the same. They both showed up 2 years ago at the same time during the Evans/Thomas recruitment. Now they both reappear during the Tilmon/Goodwin recruitments. Coincidence...maybe. ILLOB posts are removed due to the loose talk of recruiting grey areas. He may have been banned. Idk, don't know how to check that

I was just thinking the same thing...the styles are very much the same...keep it trollin'

It's seems like ILLOB and Landon know an awful lot about things when Travis ford is involved.

Well I for one hope that ILLOB/Landon or whoever are wrong but ILLOB unfortunately seemed right on with the Goodwin recruitment. Only time will tell.

Unfortunately, I think JG's future relies so much on what's going to take place between now and November 9th (not on the court) and I really think he's the right guy for the job so I'll remain uneasy until signing day.

The one thing that I like about Tilmon transferring back to ESL is that he can win the Iliinois MR Basketball award and take it away for JG.

Hope you're right. I would feel better if we were on his visit list, but knowing he has been to UI several times takes that off the fatal list. Would love to have either Eastern or Smith; both would be great but likely means we have to give up on the pg or the big.

Ok, maybe the 4th isn't correct...but at this point, I assure you that we are no higher than 3rd. Right now, we are JS's 'safety' school if the other options fall through. He has visited and he has not been enamored with certain aspects of the program.

There's a long way to go before signing day, but right now, JS is less than enthused about UI.

I'm curious how Eastern could play that PG role at top of the key playing off a pick. The player out of Depaul has a similiar build and picks up a lot of fouls from smaller defenders.

Smith has grown on me a bit, always like those players who are trending up towards their senior years. I like his length and athleticism.

Possibly another reason Tilmon transferring back is to be the focal point of the team and offense. LaLu as a couple of options on offense (Bowen, Tyger Campell, Coleman Lands) and just landed a top 60 6-11 big man. I believe they also landed another top 25 player who I can't recall the name.

They've picked up Jordan Poole a SG who is committed to Michigan and 6-11 Jaren Jackson of La Porte Indiana who is ranked 24th on the 247 composite and is undecided although CB has him a heavy lean to Maryland. So Jeremiah's touches would be few and far between.

He committed to pressure Goodwin, so we will see if he schedules an OV to either UNC or KU. Would be less than shocking from what I have heard.

I think that article should get people to calm down. I don't think he's waivering (no inside knowledge).
