Every fan should have faith in their team.... now obviously it's easier when you're winning more than you're losing... however when a team is struggling... that's when you find out who your true fans are. Obviously you guys have been in a rough stretch lately like we went through from 85-2004.... but the one thing you can take from it is you know who you're true fans are, because they continue to support their team despite being disappointed with the results on the court.

And hey, if we win tomorrow, Obviously I'll be happy, but I'm not going to come on here and start talking smack or anything like that.

Win or Lose, I may come on here and offer my opinions on the game, but I will do so in a respectful manner.

Can't watch the game since CBS Sports app is basically just an ESPN scoreboard app without the option to stream live games and I don't get cbs sports on tv at school. I'll be listening though. Hope Te'Jon gets good minutes again and solidifies his spot as our starting PG. Gonna be a rough game-Illini by 2.

Are you sure there's no CBS online streaming available? I'm in a similar boat and I'm looking for a way to watch it, even if I have to pay a little.

Pretty sure. There is that app like I said but they don't have the Illinois game listed on the stream schedule. I've also tried downloading the TiVo app but I didn't know that you had to be connected to your home wifi in order to watch live shows :tsk: Im gonna continue looking until I find something tomorrow and if I do I'll let you know!

If you have a friend/family member who has a different tv provider, you can see if they'll let you borrow their login and password. Maybe cbs sports is available via mobile on their app. My mom and I do this all the time to cover channels the other person doesn't have.

Upgrade through your cable/satellite provider to their sorts package for a month then cancel. Comcast here in C-U is $7.99 per month.

There's nothing wrong with Tate. We need to play all 3 of our pg's to be successful. We are a team who's strength should be our depth that allows us to play hard the whole game. Coach might play 11 in the first half, then only play 8-9 in the second. That's why our guys need to give 100% when they're in there. DJW and AJ are foundation four star sophomore athletes with length for their positions who will get minutes by guarding hard. We need them to buy into this concept against a team like the Rams today, and of course BYU, plus the B1G slate. Both will get better on the offensive end especially as upperclassmen.

He is not a threat to score, so we play 4 on 5 when he's out there.

What about ball handling, setting screens and basic stuff like that... helping lead to scores or grabbing offensive boards?

Lucas is a raw true freshman who clearly has more skills and talents than Tate, who is a limited senior. In particular, Tate can't shoot, so it creates a 4-on-5 offense against teams smart enough to leave Tate by himself up top.

Groce has a bit of a history of waiting too long to give starting role/minutes to freshmen over seniors, even when they appear to have played their way into it.

The fire-Groce crowd is understandably vocal these days, and this is a topic where they can point specifically to coaching decisions (as opposed to players choking on the floor like in the Winthrop loss) that hurt the team.

Williams? I Heard He made the trip & is playing... that's all I know. No idea if he's 100%, if he'll start like he has been all season or if he'll come off the bench or any minute limitations. All I heard is he's there & will play.

He didn't play in the Princeton game due to a virus he got that had been going around a little bit since the team came back from the Battle for Atlantis tourney.
