I love that BU is so into the X's and O's and trying to find new tweaks to mix in. Maybe all coaches are like that, but I think I've heard more about it in the first two months of Underwood's tenure than I did in 5 years of Groce's.

Also, I can't wait to hear reports from media who attend practices. I think Underwood said he would generally allow folks in to watch, so the practice reports should end up being a little less biased than they might have been in the past.

I love his X and O focus too. Means that he's less reliant on recruiting homeruns but getting most out of his players. google videos for "underwood offense" and compare with same search on "groce offense" and you'll see stark difference in the video search results. We will win!
