I am hearing that his parents did not make the trip to Champaign with him for his OV, and they want to hear the plan BU and staff have for Landers.
I have also heard that the staff will be rolling 5 deep. BU, OA, Walker, Chin, and Fletch will make the trip.
Then they turn around and head to the Dosunmu's on Monday.
Big things on the horizon for the Illini.
And if that was a goof, no big deal. I'll worry about that on the second Tuesday of next week.

Not to be a nitpicker, but there is a limit as to how many BB coaches can be recruiting off campus at one time and that number is 3.:thumb:

I'm surprised that more wasn't made about this. It's like it didn't happen. I'm honestly not trying to be a jerk. I have enjoyed reading what you have brought to the board Indy. Its just that I'm having a hard time thinking of a scenario where you could actually have a source and be that off on something. What happened with that?

Looks like the original post was deleted. He stated that the recruits were here last Friday morning riding around campus in golf carts while they waited for Coach U to get done with speaking engagements. The problem is they weren't on campus yet.
I think Addaya Moore, Nolley's buddy on women's BB team is on "staff" too. She should be there for the Nolley in home,
I'm sure Landers would like the additional person in the Entourage , not sure it would impression his P's. Would be interesting!

Welcome to the Internet! The land of incorrect information often mistaken as gospel. Choose to believe the guy or not-simple as that. I don't understand why people take the time to put anonymous posters on blast for being repeatedly incorrect.

Agree.
Don't criticize the guy/gal offering up the information. Criticize yourself for accepting it as ground truth.
I commend Indy for sharing information. I've also noticed several inconsistencies in what Indy has provided, several inaccurate tidbits, etc. Maybe his/her source is providing bad info. Maybe he/she is making this stuff up. Either way, it matters little to me, as I typically only trust information that's been corroborated independently. And at the end of the day, we'll all know where recruit X, Y, and Z are going to school soon enough.

My intent isn't to put him down or call him out. Anybody that reads the board regularly knows what happened. I choose to believe that there are people close to members of this staff. I know they hear things. I enjoy hearing those things. Like I said I have enjoyed reading what he has brought to the board in the past. This was so random to me I was only asking him to let us know what happened. By the lack of response and other things that have seemed to come out it's looking like he isn't one of these people.

Everyone get off their high horse. This board has been boring as hell lately and part of it is because half the people who hear any news are scared to post anything.
It's not that serious. We all wonder why the 'infamous' posters we all miss never post anything at all anymore. It's easy to play Monday quarterback and point the finger when someone is proven wrong. Chill bro's!
