Defender has to be completely outside of the inner arc to draw a charge. The outer arc is for women's.

Easier to get into the pullup shot with a high dribble. He does not dribble anywhere near that high in traffic.

I don't think it's the angle, but there also isn't any one close to him. Probably not a habit he should get in, but not the worst thing...until someone hussles behind him that he didn't know was coming
