Without a date set, I’m thinking these CBs are more “lemmings following the pack” than anything else.

It doesn’t lower my excitement of the possibility of him coming here, but not expecting it quite yet.

Werner doesn't strike me as a "following the pack" kind of guy. True insider and carving his own path. I could be wrong though.

What do you think our chances are with Cooper? Man, i would love to get a solid LB to continue a tradition that experienced a little gap time.

I really think we get Cooper. I am not sure about any commitment dates, but with all the twitter love, Isaiah's comments, his mom's twitter pic!......Just piles up

Was really hoping for a commit this week to keep the buzz going. This addiction needs to be fed!

Fabian McCray will be in town this weekend also....I could see him being the next commitment.

I will be suprised if he doesn't commit by the end of the weekend.

McCray is one of those guys who has the Ivy leagues wanting him. Doesn't seem like pro football is in the mix for him...I'd find those offers from Princeton, Yale, and Harvard pretty darn tempting.

His dad and mother are there, but Jahleel is actually in LA for a 7 on 7 championship or something that someone mentioned earlier.

I can't say I've ever heard of a recruit's parents visiting a school without their kid. That's got to be a good sign I guess?

Especially when, like 2 weeks ago, one of those parents was mocking said school on twitter for finishing in last place last year.

Me neither. If you read through the replies to his dad's tweet:

https://twitter.com/Charles98379562/status/982484844042248197

says that he and is wife got left behind.

Anyone else notice that reporters seem to be quoting tweets from recruits, but the quotes are often deleted shortly after posting? Seems to be happening quite a bit this year. Wonder if it's a coordinated effort on the staff's part for twitter presence. If so, bravo. :thumb:

I am not sure I follow here. If they wanted more presence, wouldn't they want the quotes to stay up? Apologize for not understanding
