Do you have a cable subscription?

I have Direct TV. But people who know the Firestick better than me claim you can get darn near every televised sports activity out there on the Firestick. And I think it’s good to jailbreak but you need to do that with a good add on possibly through Kodi. It’s really over my head though.

Oh, well if we're talking about illegally streaming stuff off the internet there is all sorts of fun you can get up to. I haven't done that myself with a Fire Stick so I wouldn't have the step-by-step for you but it shouldn't be all that complex.

But DirecTV gets BTN right? So there shouldn't be any problem there.

Those early 90s teams should have been better.
Hardy, Holocek, Howard and Rice on defense together was something special.
Johnny Johnson, Douthard, Dulick and Dilger should have been enough offense to win a lot more games.
You can probably include Jason Verdusco at QB in there too. We gave that guy a hard time, but in retrospect I think he wasn't bad at all.

But my son will taste Papa Del's for the first time in his life. A big step in his life
Oh how I miss pizza shops in Illinois. Texas has some of the best beef whatever, hands-down, but it's tough to snag a truly good pizza in Htown. That said, Papa Dels will ship (amongst other places), but hard to justify $100 for a pie. On the right day, I could fly in for a tad over that.

I feel sad for those on here who never got to see truly good Illini football while they were in school. At least I got to be in during the Kittner years and see the fun MicronPC.com Bowl annihilation of Virginia and the BCS Suger Bowl season. Plus I was still in C-U during the Rose Bowl season. That was a fun year.
I was block I in '83-84 we went to Rose Bowl under Mike White....players were invited to Playboy mansion with Hef and they lost I think 45 to 9 in Rose Bowl. Great resurgent season though and a really fun offense to watch (Jack Trudeau and co.)

If we can play well against the first couple cupcakes ticket sales should pick up. If not, it could get ugly.

Eh, ticket sales tend to be a pretty lagging indicator. Even if we're good this year I think there will be a lot of empty seats.

But if we surprise that will build much stronger demand for the future.

If you build it, they will come etc. etc.

#9 Kent State vs #15 Illinois for ESPN Pillow Fight game of the week.

It's nice to get some recognition.

Although they didn't even have the courtesy to add a link to the Illinois page...

EDIT: Nevermind, I see they linked us in their first insult about us.

I am not going to complain about being mentioned among the nation's terrible teams, because, let's be honest, we deserve it. What I will bemoan is how this Ryan McGee fellow clearly thinks himself to be quite hilarious, when in reality, this is a pretty terrible attempt at comedy.

I actually thought a high schooler was writing that bit.

Years ago the Bottom 10 was actually an interesting read - balanced some humor and insight to why the teams were bad. But for awhile now it has just been some really bad attempts at jokes.

I haven't been to a football game in 15 years. I'm thinking of taking the boy to his first one against Kent St. I'm sure a bunch has changed as far as parking, where to eat pre game, etc. Is there a forum for that? Could someone point me in the right direction?

$20 for parking! What is this, Chicago? Or am I just too old?
