Overall I agree but not on that play. At the time of that play, there were 9 minutes left and we’re down 14. We might only get the ball for one more possession. That means Peters has no choice but to put us in the end zone there, he’s forced to make wild decisions based on this situation. You can’t blame him for that.

And again, this excludes the fact that he’s only taking off because no one was open down field. We have 3 really talented WRs against this same “MAC d”. They have to win too.

Well, we have an OC that insists on forcing a QB into HIS play calls rather than play calling for the strengths of the QB and the team.
