More 3 yard runs by Corbin and a 3rd down pass. Corbin has averaged about 3 yards a run since his first two runs at the start of the game. Not a good way to move down the field.

Honestly, I can't tell if it's just because that the scheme is bad, or if this defense just doesn't have the talent and speed needed to be effective.

I’m going to say scheme. Routinely the middle of our defense is exploited by pass plays or delayed QB runs.
