We had everything working against us early. AG's dumb foul, Giorgi's foul trouble, hostile road environment. We navigated through all of that to still end up with a pretty convincing W. Our guys have grown up so much.

Best win of the Underwood era so far.

HUGE WIN. 5 in a row.......WOW!

Best part is Haarms sitting the bench for the last 6+ mins...

THAT'S the way to stick a foot on a neck (not a chest AG) and put an opponent away.

PU looks lost without Carsen Edwards - he made up for alot of sins.

I forgot how great it feels to watch a winning Illinois basketball team. The lows we've had to endure the past decade make this even sweeter right now.

1. Just making the point again: we have 2 of the 4 quality (not NW/not Neb) road wins in the entire BIG this year. MSU has zero. We are legit title contenders.
2. I have called out BU for getting out-coached on halftime adjustments (Mizzou) in the past, but dear lord did he get it right tonight. I’ve been one to say he owns the team performance even when it’s awful shooting, so I give him all the credit for tonight’s success. Kudos, coach.

The next 5 games are going to be something for us...win 3-4 of them and our seeding goes up drastically I think.
