It's pretty clear. And I am sure no UI prof has so much time as us guys to lurk on this forum.
Speaking from experience, some professors (albeit not at UI) make the time.

I believe he is into diesel flavored chaw.Did Big Tim from Kentucky call us "hayseed Illinois fans"? As he's posting from a horsebarn at Keeneland? Thanks Tim-Bob. FYI we're also ranked ahead of UK right now, so go dip that.
Add Mac and Cole and it has some nice balance.Hopkins/Curbelo/Miller will form a nice foundation to say the least
I’m going to share this and then I’m going to go into hiding until Saturday Night...
I was told about 3 weeks ago when the Hopkins visits rumors were flying everywhere, BY AN IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBER (you can guess who) that it was a 3 team race. But that we were on the verge of closing, and as a favor, they let me know that...
If Bryce commits on a Tuesday, it’s Providence. But if Bryce commits on a Thursday, It’s Kentucky. And lastly, if Bryce commits on a “weeknd” that it will be Illinois. Ala the onslaught of ‘The Weeknd’ gifs...
This was a clue that was given to me as favor from them, for as this person put it... “because of what I do for the University”.
I was also told that day that IU was out! Hence the IU knockout punch gif.
So, with that being said...

Jesus people it was just a joke He’s had like what 10 years of college and due to the new COVID rule he could actually get another year. I thought everyone would get itI don’t want to speak for anyone else but I don’t think people are picking on Tyler. I’m guessing it’s a reference to him getting minutes over higher ranked players such as Mark Smith early on it BUs tenure.

Regardless if you're right or wrong, you're fun... You should stick around.
Unless the crystal balls start flipping I would be highly skeptical of Illinois being the choice. If the family has told anyone I can’t believe none of the most connected recruiting people wouldn’t have picked it up too. I’d love to be wrong but guessing that UK is the choice and UI and Providence are the misdirection that’s has been mentioned.Heh, I hope people have gotten better at dealing with recruiting realities. Seems like the knee-jerk reaction used to be shooting the messenger. Hopefully most of the posters here have gotten used to the roller coaster ride.
Yeah, thankfully Snider went back to Louisville. Wood is the answer for Illinois and Groce certainly was not.Snider would've been a part of the '14 class (4 year player who got better each year), and I believe he was a top 50 recruit. PG was Groce's kryptonite, and Snider could've potentially righted the ship for him or at least extended his stay at Illinois.
People are going to hold out until the very end to flip if it happens. There are a multiple streams of info out there, and UK is the "safe" bet for those guys. Plus these algorithms reward people to hold onto their picks. There's no incentive to change until they know for sure.Unless the crystal balls start flipping I would be highly skeptical of Illinois being the choice. Hayseeds? Gee. the career aim of most people in Kentucky is grow up and just like Jethro Bodine or drop out of school in the 6th grade and marry their cousin.Did Big Tim from Kentucky call us "hayseed Illinois fans"?
Groce seems to have found his niche at Akron. 24-7 last year and a 1st place conference finish. I do not recall who is lead recruiters were? Was it a case of not having great lead recruiters or Groce's inability to "close the deal" on talented recruits one too many time?Yeah, thankfully Snider went back to Louisville. Wood is the answer for Illinois and Groce certainly was not.
Awesome. I wonder why the different commitment days for different schools but either way Go Illini!!!I’m going to share this and then I’m going to go into hiding until Saturday Night...

Just not being able to close on recruitments. No hot shot point guard, top notch recruit or center commits. Demetrius Jackson, Quentin Snider, Elijah Thomas, Juwan Evans, Jabari Parker, Jalen Brunson, Cliff Alexander all went elsewhere.Groce seems to have found his niche at Akron. 24-7 last year and a 1st place conference finish. As much as I would like to believe Professor QC, I think that he was used as a misdirection. Someone at Providence and Indiana were undoubtedly also chosen to be used. I am so hopeful that I am wrong. We could really use this kid, but I don't think that he is ours.
