I would guess only for new season ticket holders yes, since they let people roll over their payments from last year due to no fans.

Every time I would turn on a game under the prior regime, I was hoping it would not turn into a 63-0 game. Without ever seeing this new staff coach a game, I don’t think we will ever get beat 63-0 again. One thing less to worry about until I’m proven wrong.

Had a coaching change not been made, there could've been a not-too-crazy argument to put us there. We're in that right group with Arizona, Syracuse, and Vandy. I think 10 tiers is way too many though. Its really like 2 tiers and then basically everyone else. The perennial favorites, the outside shot if everything falls into place, then everyone else.

Usually reviews list how many starters return. We had good senior retention. Does anybody know how many senior starters (and split by Offense/Defense/ST) are returning for the other West teams and cross-over games (Md, PSU, Rutgers)?

I think that is still TBD. I haven’t heard a firm date on when a decision has to be made. Of course schools could set their own deadline earlier too.

Agree with this. I'd go with 4 tiers:

Tier 1: Clemson, Ohio State, OK, AL, UGA, LSU and ND. These teams are the Yankees of college football.......the current day "blue chips". They're always ranked in the Top 10 and always have a chance to make the Final 4. The NCAA really needs to do something to fix this. Personally speaking, the past 12 years have been the most boring and the least competitive top to bottom in my lifetime. Very, very top heavy.

Tier 2: Those teams perennially in the top 25, but with the ability to make the FInal 4 only if everything falls perfectly into place. Examples = Wisconsin, Penn State, Michigan, Auburn, USC, Texas, Oklahoma State, Baylor, Florida, Northwestern and Texas A&M. These teams can be entertaining to watch and always have a shot at beating a Tier 1 school......at least once every 2-3 years. They also frequently get desirable time slots for their Saturday games.

Tier 3: Somewhere in the vicinity of 80 teams that can perhaps make it into the Top 25, but will certainly not be there every year. Examples include North Carolina, Missouri, Florida State, Washington, Michigan State, Minnesota and Virginia Tech.

Tier 4: The 10 worst programs in Power 5 football over the past 10 years. Kansas, Illinois, Syracuse, UConn, Vandy....etc. Have a chance to win 5-6 games only if all the dominoes fall their way (except for KS).

The only disagreement I have here is IMO Clemson, OSU and Alabama are on a whole different level than everyone else. Neither of those three will have a year like LSU did this year. I would just put OK, UGA, LSU and ND in tier 2

Coaching makes such a huge difference in college football and we are getting a huge jump in coaching with this staff vs the last one, so I can see us winning a game or two we aren’t. supposed to and 6-6 would be a very successful year with that schedule

Yup. Until rosters are set, things could change by quite a bit. I’m hoping for a surprise or 2 yet in the transfer market. The right guys could make a big difference.
The Dublin game will not happen if people are not traveling in numbers to support it. Not sure why they are waiting to reschedule it. I suppose everything has to go thru channels to change a schedule.
