Big Ten Tournament Bracket

I hope Wisky/Iowa goes 3 overtimes.

Would probably benefit us although I'm remembering that 2009 Syacuse vs UCONN game in the Big East Tournament that went into 6 overtimes and they won 127-117. The day after they beat West Virginia in OT 74-69. Just bringing this up on account of how crazy that was. They did lose to Louisville in the final though.

The 4 best are left, maybe Purdue...but this sets up perfectly, if we see good Illini, I think we will, we beat Iowa, then handle Michigan. Winning the Big10 is like playing Sweet 16 games so we'll be ready for the NCAAs and be used to the courts and baskets also. We'll see how the Ayo-Garza thing plays out.

Iowa was 2/20 on 3s and still beat Wisconsin. This is gonna be a tougher game than the 1st one since Frederick is back for them. Win and it’s a guarantee #1 seed. Lose, and if Iowa beats Michigan then it’ll really be 50/50 if us or Iowa gets the #1.

I’d say it’s a necessity for our #1 seed hopes to at the very least not lose by 10+ points

Well, 4 top 10 teams remain. Including the 3, 4, and 5 ranked teams.

Sounds fun. I'd say the BTT is delivering excellent entertainment this far.

Iowa just played a far more intense game, and it was later than Illinois' game. I like to think those things give an edge to Illinois in the physical conditionong realm.

Go Illini!

I agree. I believe we're playing for the final #1 seed. Winner gets ALA or HOU in its bracket. Loser gets GONZ or BAY.

I'm really not impressed with Iowa's conditioning. I was thinking last night during their game, that they look soft muscle-wise. Not much definition to the middle school muscles they do have.
I am not a S&C coach, but I have trained my whole life and competed at the D1 level. So I believe that qualifies me to say this. They are soft.

I, for one, hope to see steam coming out of frans ears with like 2 seconds left.

I think Garza is a stud. However, the player of the year is wearing orange tomorrow. I think a statement will be made by Ayo and his (rather large) “sidekick”.
