If it weren't for gifs (and people complaining about them), there would be no content right now.

GIF by Identity
Even with the GIFS there is no real content. So, put the GIFS on another thread so that, if/when there is real news we can see it more easily.

Yes. He participated in a zoom call with a recruit. He obviously had taken the job. Then he went home and wife and kids said no.
I can imagine the frustration Underwood and Whitman would have with that situation. Josh may need to up the trash can budget.

JMHO, but I personally have no problem with gifs when they’re in the flow of the thread. Using a gif to respond to a comment or using it as part of a comment related to the thread - no problem. The celebratory gifs when a recruit commits - no problem.

I personally dislike the long posts with multiple gifs that have nothing to do with the thread, especially when the same users do it multiple times with little contribution to the topic at hand. However, my scroll wheel works and I’ve learned that when I see certain names I don’t need to read the post because there is nothing of value being said.

Anyway…

I am as eager as anyone else here to hear who will be AC3.......it will have a dramatic impact on the program we all love or we wouldn't be here posting....

I care sooooo much for this board and the chance to intermingle with other Illini fanatics.....the opportunity to bring a smile to others here is golden to me and I love the process of finding a gif and creating a story to share with others......
Please enjoy the time together instead of bickering about trivial things like gifs and their importance in life.....

A lot of come here for the community, and lively discussion with other Illini fans. We have some colorful characters. Some posters enjoy that, some don't. If there is a community member you find exhausting, click on their username and hit the ignore button.

If only the rest of life were as easy as Loyalty...

 Something about the order of operations here, lol.

It's more embarrassing for him that he had made a decision and had to go back and say he didn't have permission. Either consult with you family before saying yes or tell them you are sorry but you have already decided.
And what do you say when they say that they are not going?

I just sat here for 30 minutes & tried to think of any college team that I would know the names of the 3 ACs.. I cant & think that most fans cant also. The only team I know 2 of the 3 are Illinois & Kentucky for obvious reasons.

I can't name the Duke athletic director either. Does that mean he's unimportant?
