BTN college basketball announcer. (And he seems to draw the Illini on ~50% of his broadcasts.)Bardo?
Interesting. Anyone know what he's been doing since 2018?Here's what he was up to through 2018;

TBD, I'm thinking (albeit poorly) that we may need both of them. Gotta wait to see how the UK bidding war for Chet goes after this Epps news.Davis in/Irvin out?
I have a feeling that if UK comes calling to CF he will respond with a firm kiss my a.. , followed by a double one finger salute.TBD, I'm thinking (albeit poorly) that we may need both of them. Gotta wait to see how the UK bidding war for Chet goes after this Epps news.

It doesn’t seem clear whether Davis is taking Geoffs spot or if that’s still open and they are saving it for Randle/LaTulip/Dee/Deon/etc. Maybe you know?What position are we speculating about?
Geoff’s old position, Tyler took a separate support position I believeBy my math - 3 left the program, 3 came in.
Or to go into more detail - 3 assistant coaches left, 1 support staff moved to assistant coach, 2 assistant coaches came in, and 1 support staff came in. So where do we have an opening exactly?

Maybe Underwood isn't going to fill that position or maybe he will hire another person as a staffer and assign different duties.Geoff's former position is still in question.
Well it won't be Dee Brown and Deon has said he likes spending time with his children. I don't know anything about Deon's marital status, but if his daughters live in the Chicago area, I'd be surprised if he moved to Champaign. Also, he has the broadcasting gig, but I don't have any idea what his day job is.It doesn’t seem clear whether Davis is taking Geoffs spot or if that’s still open and they are saving it for Randle/LaTulip/Dee/Deon/etc. Maybe you know?
I don't think there is a cap on staff positions. Staffers can't recruit off campus and they can't be on the practice floor. They can sit in the stands and take notes during practice, but the NCAA prohibits staffers from doing any coaching. Depending on the experience of the staffer would determine the tasks that Underwood would assign. I think Alexander probably did a lot of game planning and had his ear during games, but if a coaching novice was hired as Asst. to the HC, he might be more of note taker and observer.Is there anything stopping them from creating more support staff positions? Not saying they are looking to do that, but just curious if there are any caps on that sort of stuff
It's also nice to have another 6'9" guy around who was still playing professionally a couple years ago. It's not always easy to give big men the type of looks they will get in games when running individual drills. Mike can probably give them some tips on how to make volume rebounding look "effortless".I don't think there is a cap on staff positions. My impression is Tim Anderson, but that’s just how i read the tea leaves. I know nothing.
Can we get Thad Ward on staff just to bring back LITTYVILLE?
