We won't, but that's a good dream!

Fully expecting Papi goes League after this season.
I still think it’s highly unlikely but possible with NIL. No one knows how crazy this might get. I have to believe if Kofi does indeed come back, he’s going to make a lot of money this year.

Kofi's gonna rake. That said, first round money > NIL money.

Yeah, I wasn't exactly clear, lol. My bad. Was referring to Curbelo staying. No chance if he's a first rounder, IMO.
I will be interested to see how his outside shot looks this year. Attacks the paint well and has that short jumper down. If he makes the outside shot consistently than I could see him gone after this year.

Is it the new NBA? Because Dee Brown was better than Curbelo and they are both listed at 6’1”
I don't disagree with you at all. Curbelo has also not started any games :ROFLMAO:

Getting drafted into the NBA doesn't mean you have to have a proven track record or be an upperclassmen either. Unless Curbelo comes up with an amazing outside game I see him staying around. Guys look at Steve Nash and remember him being smaller. He was also 6'3" and could shoot. Curbelo has already shown flashes of being a star at the collegiate level......not sure what it holds after that

Love what Curbelo did last year, but all this NBA talk after his sophomore year seems a bit premature.

Just a thought, but maybe we should first receive an affirmation from Kofi that he is indeed coming back before we decide who we are going to blow out this coming year.
Just a thought.. no? That list is that list regardless if Kofi comes back or not.. UK is in the interchangeable spot. Even if Kofi ends up at say FSU, UK is still their for poaching our coaches.. so yah? No..

I like the idea of going into this season with Cockburn and Payne in the lineup.

But if we're truly committed to keeping the intimidation factor up, we absolutely need to add Fears in 2023. Just a no-brainer, really. As a bonus, I hear he's also pretty good at this basketball thing.
Sounds Goode.

I agree, just enjoy Curbello and see what happens. A well controll Curbello who reduces TO and can hit 3's will be on the NBA radar. I can't speak to his defensive abilities. Would hate for all the hype and expecrations to lead to a sophomore slump. Hopefully his big target returns on Friday.
